- 10% GST Applies to Each Product.
- Discount Trade Prices and on-going supply of M.E.T. Products are subject to the following terms:
- All Orders to have customer order number quoted, and confirmed by fax prior to delivery.
- Orders placed before 1.00pm delivered next day (in most cases), subject to availability of stock, except for items specified 2-3 days lead time.
- Standard box, carton, bag, roll, drum or weight quantities must be ordered. Part orders for standard quantities will not be accepted.
- Extra discounts will be considered on a project basis for large quantity orders.
- Any or all of the prices listed in this price list may change at any time. Where possible, maximum advance notice of changes will be given to Customers.
- Damage Claims must be advised in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
- Replacement of faulty goods is limited to supply and delivery only of material(s) as originally ordered.
- Inspection by product manufacturer may be required. Manufacturer's decision is final.
- Handling Fee of 20% will apply to goods in as new condition if accepted for credit return.
- Special orders not accepted for credit return without prior agreement. Copy of M.E.T. Sundry Supplies invoice to be provided with all returned goods - prior to acceptance. NON STOCK M.E.T. TIES plus STAINLESS STEEL WIRE TIES & STAINLESS M.E.T. TIES NON RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT.
- Goods delivered more than 30 days cannot be accepted for credit return.
- Return transport for goods to be credited to be at Customer's expense.
Product Guarantees are directly as per manufacturer's guarantee and/or warranty.
- Payment Terms will be strictly enforced. Accounts not paid within 45 days of the end of the month of invoice date will be suspended until payment received.
- A charge of 5% of total will be applied to invoices unpaid after 45 days from end of invoice month.
- Our Trading Terms are COD or 30 Days only, to approved customers.
- Credit Limits will apply to all accounts. These limits will be reviewed quarterly and based on Customer's payment record. Accounts may be suspended when Credit Limited exceeded, until payment received.
Any advice provided by M.E.T. SUNDRY SUPPLIES PTY LTD staff etc. is in the form of technical suggestions given in good faith. Full technical back-up service by manufacturers technical staff is available for product selection, application, and installation for most items in this catalogue.
